1. About this brochure

This guide helps Indian students understand eligibility, documents, admission stages, indicative fees, coaching pathways, loans, and FAQs. It does notreplace the University's official publications.

2. Eligibility

  • 12th / equivalent with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (40% for SC/ST/OBC as per Indian norms)
  • NEET qualified within the past 3 years (mandatory for Indian students)
  • Minimum age 17 years on or before 31 December of the intake year
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay

3. Documents for admission

  • 10th & 12th mark sheets / certificates

  • Recent passport-sized photographs

After free Google registration on this portal, upload documents from your dashboard. Visa apostille and other original documents follow University / embassy instructions.

4. Admission process (official stages)

  1. Application — complete form and upload documents (start free via Gventure registration).
  2. Stage I (within 20 days of post-admission letter)
    • Apollo MedSkills (India): ₹2,00,000 — registration, pre-orientation, books
    • GVantage LLC (Uzbekistan): $400 — MEA apostille, visa processing, 1st-year medical insurance, police registration, SIM, airport pickup from Tashkent
  3. Stage II (within 15 days of visa approval)
    • Apollo MedSkills (India): ₹2,00,000 — remaining registration & admin
    • GVantage LLC (Uzbekistan): $400 — balance overseas services
    • Students book their own flights
  4. Year 1 on-campus — payable to ZARMED University / GVantage upon or before arrival (see fee table).
  5. Years 2–6 — annual package + government/insurance actuals in Uzbekistan.

FAQ indicates total 6-year programme cost around INR 36 lakhs. Stage I/II amounts on the admissions page align with Apollo MedSkills ₹2,00,000 + ₹2,00,000 and GVantage $400 + $400. Always verify against Fee_Structure_Latest_2025_2026.pdf.

Refund note: Only the initial ₹25,000 has a stated partial refund (₹20,000 if not enrolling). Stage I/II and later payments are described as non-refundable on the admissions page.

6. ZAAP & learning pathways

ZAAP (Zarmed + Apollo MedSkills) is the exclusive academic partnership path with Apollo guidance. Admission outside ZAAP means no Apollo guidance / mentoring ecosystem, as noted on the University FAQ.

Coaching for FMGE (NExT), USMLE and UKMLA is mandatory from year 1 at $500/year (payable as published — typically to GVantage LLC prior to departure for the coaching line item).

7. Student loans (FeeMonk)

The University lists FeeMonk as the education-loan partner covering university-related payments (tuition, hostel, food, etc.). Product outlines from the FeeMonk sheet:

  • Unsecured short-term: tenures 3 / 6 / 10 / 12 months; sample interest / EMI structures in the PDF (flat ROI examples 2%–10%, processing fees 1%–2%)
  • Secured education loan: ROI starting from ~9.25%; principal moratorium up to 1 year after course completion; tenure up to 12 years; margin rules as in PDF
  • Bank/NBFC has sole right to approve or decline; KYC / income documents required; subsequent tranches only if loan is in good standing
